About LawFirmReport
An editorial directory of U.S. law firms, scored on observable indicators of client experience.
Our mission
When a prospective client searches for a lawyer, the results they see — Google star ratings, anonymous review sites, sponsored ads — are not organized into a coherent picture. The same firm may have 2,000 reviews on one platform, 12 on another, and a sponsored placement that looks identical to an editorial recommendation.
LawFirmReport exists to provide a single, transparent reference point. Each featured firm is scored using a published formula across a defined set of public indicators. The criteria for inclusion are published. The scoring formula is published. The relationship between LawFirmReport and the firms it features is disclosed on every page.
Ownership
LawFirmReport is operated by Mass Tort Ad Agency LLC, headquartered in Winter Garden, Florida. Mass Tort Ad Agency is a marketing firm serving plaintiff law firms across the United States.
Mass Tort Ad Agency also operates PlatinumProfile.ai, a Google Business Profile optimization service for law firms. Some firms featured on LawFirmReport are clients of PlatinumProfile. This relationship is disclosed on every page where featured firms appear. The editorial criteria for inclusion in LawFirmReport are not affected by any affiliated-service relationship; firms qualify by meeting the published standards or they do not appear here.

The editorial network
LawFirmReport is one of four editorial publications operated by Mass Tort Ad Agency LLC, each covering a distinct part of the personal-injury client journey:
- The Client Report — settlement value reference. Typical ranges by state and injury type, with the math behind them.
- LocalVerdict — city-by-city rankings of personal injury law firms.
- InjuryLiteracy — plain-language reference for what to do after a serious injury.
- LawFirmReport — this publication. Editorial directory of U.S. law firms ranked on observable indicators of client experience.
Each publication maintains its own editorial standards. Cross-referenced content between properties is disclosed where it appears. None of these publications accept paid placement, and none refer cases to firms in exchange for fees.
Editorial process
Firms enter the directory through automated evaluation against the inclusion criteria. Scoring is recalculated on a recurring basis using current public data. Every score change is logged. Every methodology change is versioned, dated, and published with a changelog.
Firm descriptions ("bios") featured on each profile page are drafted using a combination of public records and language-model summarization, then reviewed by editorial staff before publication. Firms may request corrections at any time.
Corrections policy
If you believe a piece of information on LawFirmReport is incorrect — a firm bio, a score component, a piece of biographical data, an attribution on a review — please write to editorial@lawfirmreport.com with the specific page URL and the correction requested.
Substantive corrections that affect a firm's score, ranking, or factual representation are:
- Reviewed within 5 business days of receipt
- Corrected on the live page within 7 business days when verified
- Logged in our editorial audit history
Requests for opinion-based changes (e.g. "remove this negative review of our firm from Google") are referred to Google. We do not edit, omit, or reorder Google reviews based on firm preference; reviews shown on LawFirmReport are pulled directly from Google Business Profile.
Removal requests
Any firm may request removal from the directory at any time. Visit /opt-out to submit a request. Removal is processed within 7 business days of verification.

What we are not
LawFirmReport is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not refer cases to firms in exchange for fees. We do not accept payment from firms in exchange for inclusion, ranking, or favorable editorial treatment.
The decision to hire a lawyer is an important one and should not be based solely on advertisements or on any single source — including this one. Past results do not guarantee, warrant, or predict future outcomes.
